Magnetic Infotech (MIL) supported Panchayat Raj & Rural Development department, Govt of Telangana, for the recruitment of Staff nurses during the Corona Virus Covid 19 Lockdown period in March-April, 2020, since there was an immediate need to notify, select and place critical medical professionals in hospitals to curb the disease. The recruitment selection process involved designing, developing and hosting of web application to receive the online applications for the posts notified. After receiving the applications merit lists were to be prepared based on the roster points and selection rules provided by the Department. MIL developed the web application in a short time, hosted and processed applications including preparing merit lists. The entire solution was provided on pro bono basis (free of cost) as part of MIL CSR activity to support the society. It was much appreciated by the Department.
