Mr. Vijay N Rao founded Magnetic Infotech (PVT) Ltd. on March 24, 2000, establishing it as a leader in digital technology for the education sector. Under his guidance, MIL has helped Universities, State Education Boards, and Government Departments adopt next-generation technologies, ensuring reliable and secure applications.

In the 1990s, Mr. Vijay N Rao served as President of the Hyderabad Software Exports Association (HYSEA), significantly contributing to the growth of the software industry in Andhra Pradesh. He has previously worked with notable companies, including Amoco Oil Corporation USA, BHPV, etc., and holds a B.Tech from Andhra University and an MS from the University of Wisconsin, USA. His passion for innovation led to the development of successful solutions in end to end examination solutions, including custom book scanners and on-screen marking software, which enhances the efficiency and reduce costs for Educational Institutions.
